Grote Markt Zavel/Sablon (antiques), Royal PalaceRue Haute: furniture.
– Bars:
All bars in Sint-Goris (close to Beurs/Bourse), Café Belga.
– Food and drinks:
Café Belga (Flagey). Very nice spot, also for shopping.
– Shopping:
Neighbourhood of Rue Antoine Dansaert and Avenue Louise: Ixelles
– Musea:
Bozar.

– Staying:
Neighborhood of Beurs/Bourse (close to Central Station).

Ghent – more my specialty:)

– Sights:
The historical centre and museum SMAK (contemporary art) is worth a visit.
– Bars:
Pink Flamingo’s and all the beer bars in the centre of the city.
– Shopping:
Obius (very expensive), Twiggy (quite expensive but nice brands), Rewind Men (everything for us men:)).
– Coffee in the morning:
Mokabon (must do), in the centre.
– Staying:
Simon Says (http://simon-says.be) and Brooderie (http://www.brooderie.be) -> in the heart of the city.
